Reimbursement of 7th CPC Briefcase Allowance for Central Government Staff and Offices 2024

Acquisition and Reimbursement of 7th CPC Briefcase Allowance 2024: This benefit shines as a notable privilege for senior officials within the Central Government. Every three years, qualified officers are granted the opportunity to obtain official bags and women’s purses for their work-related needs. The program functions on a reimbursement model, allowing these officers to purchase the specified items from any store or outlet they prefer. Once they present the original receipts, they will receive a reimbursement amount reflective of their grade or pay scale.

Rates for Purchase and Reimbursement of Briefcase Allowance 2024

Recently, each Department has issued a detailed directive regarding the policies for acquiring and reimbursing the 7th CPC Briefcase Allowance for the fiscal year 2024. This directive contains in-depth information about which officers and staff members qualify for the 7th CPC Briefcase Allowance within their respective Departments. The reimbursement rates have been carefully established according to the pay matrix level of the individuals involved.

It is essential to emphasize that while officers are granted the flexibility to select and purchase an eligible item at a price of their choosing from a preferred showroom, the reimbursement amount is firmly defined.
