Vehicle owners are required to schedule an appointment for the installation of their High-Security Registration Plate (HSRP) via the official website of the Indian Automobile Manufacturers Society at siam.in. After selecting the vehicle manufacturing district and dealer, online payment for the HSRP plate must be made to reserve a designated time slot for the installation. It is important to remember that only online transactions will be considered valid for payment, as alternative payment methods will not be accommodated.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for HSRP Online
Refunds are available exclusively for damaged products or incorrectly sized High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP). In case of product discrepancies or damage, returns and replacements are managed at no extra charge. Ensure to include your order number and reason for return in your email correspondence with our customer support team.
Our esteemed customers benefit from a simple cancellation process. Online orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within six to eight business days. To cancel an order, click on the order cancellation tab and provide the required details. Please note that entire orders must be canceled as partial cancellations are not accepted. Our refund policy ensures that once your cancellation request is processed, the refunded amount will be returned within six to eight business days. Keep in mind that the actual crediting of funds to your account may vary due to involvement of external entities like banks and payment gateways. The refunded sum will be deposited back into the original account used for payment.
