DVC Executive Trainee Salary Structure 2024
The Scale of Pay as per the 7th Pay Revision is set at Rs 56,100-1,77,500 in the Pay Matrix Level-10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC), corresponding to the M2 grade, offering a structured salary range for employees at this level of the pay scale.
Successful candidates will be appointed at a salary range of Rs 56,100-1,77,500 in Pay Matrix Level 10 (in accordance with the 7th Pay Revision) for the one-year probationary term. After completing the probation, candidates will progress to the role of Assistant Managers at the same salary level. The total compensation package encompasses various benefits such as Basic Pay, Central Dearness Allowance (CDA), Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Allowance, NPS, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Encashment, HRA, and Annual Incentive Scheme (AIS) according to the prevailing Corporation Regulations.
Chosen individuals must sign a service agreement committing to fulfill a one-year probation period and then work for the company for a minimum of three years, totaling four years. The bond amount is Rs. 5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs. 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, in addition to any relevant interest charges.
DVC Executive Trainee Age Limit 2024
The eligibility criteria for the position include an upper age limit of 29 years as of the closing date of the online application for Unreserved candidates. However, age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates as per Government of India guidelines. Interestingly, there is no upper age limit for DVC Departmental candidates. Additionally, Departmental candidates must also meet the qualification requirements in the corresponding paper of GATE-2023 to be considered for the position.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit varies for different categories of candidates as specified by the government. OBC(NCL) candidates are granted a relaxation of 3 years, while SC/ST candidates enjoy a relaxation of 5 years. For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), the relaxation differs based on their category:
General (UR) candidates receive a relaxation of 10 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a relaxation of 13 years, and SC/ST candidates are granted a relaxation of 15 years. Additionally, candidates who are domicile of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 are eligible for a relaxation of 5 years as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Ex-Servicemen and victims of riots are granted relaxation as per the specific guidelines provided by the government.
