HVF Avadi Apprentice Recruitment Age Limit 2024
The maximum age limit for UR category is 24 years, for OBC category is 27 years, and for SC/ST category is 29 years. Additionally, the maximum age limit for each category (UR, OBC, SC, ST) can be further extended by 10 years. For candidates with ITI qualifications, the upper age limit can be extended by the duration of training completed as per the standard period of NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade. The minimum age requirement is 15 years.
HVF Avadi Apprentice Educational Qualification 2024
Applicants without an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) background are required to have successfully completed the Madhyamik examination (class X standard or equivalent) at the time of the notification announcement, attaining a minimum of 50% marks as stipulated by the respective Board. It is imperative that they have achieved a minimum of 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science according to their official Marksheet.
For ITI candidates:
- The individual must have cleared the Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
- Furthermore, the candidate must have passed a trade test relevant to their field from an institution recognized by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), or any other authorized body as specified in the Gazette notification by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment. The duration of this trade test should adhere to the provisions of the Apprentice Act 1961, achieving a minimum score of 50%. The selection of the appropriate trade will be in strict accordance with Schedule I of the Apprentice Act 1961 and its subsequent amendments.

HVF Avadi Apprentice Monthly Salary 2024
Trade apprentices will receive a minimum monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules of 1992. The stipend rates are specified in the Trade Apprentice Act of 1961 and the Gazette notification G.S.R. 686(E) dated September 25, 2019. No additional allowances will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.
For non-ITI candidates (Matriculation/Xth Class), the stipend is ₹5000/₹6000 for the first year and ₹5500/₹6600 for the second year. EX-ITI candidates (ITI pass) will receive ₹7700 for a one-year trade and ₹8050 for a two-year trade program.
Candidates must present a copy of their bank passbook with a clear account number and IFSC code upon joining.
