BECIL Contract Basis Recruitment Qualification 2024
Contract-based recruitment opportunities are available at BECIL for various positions with specific qualifications. For the role of Content Auditor, a PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication is required along with three years of experience in visual media or renowned news agencies such as ANI, PTI, UNI, etc. Alternatively, candidates retired as News Editor/Deputy Director (News) from DD/AIR under the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 10,000-15,200 are eligible.
Senior Monitors should possess a PG Diploma in Journalism and have two years of media or news agency experience or be retired from DD/AIR as News Editor/Assistant Director (News) under the pre-revised scale of Rs. 8,000-13,500. Graduates with proficiency in computers and one year of media/news field experience can apply for the position of Monitor.
Additional qualifications like PG Diploma in Journalism/Bachelor in Journalism/Mass Communication are desirable. Executive Assistants should be graduates with computer proficiency or retired at least as an Assistant or equivalent in Government service. Logistic Assistants require a 10+2 qualification with computer operation skills or a retirement background as LDC/UDC from the Government sector. For the Messenger/Peon role, a minimum qualification of 8th pass is necessary.
Senior Shift Managers need a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering and one year of relevant experience, or they can be retired as Deputy Director/EE (Electrical/Electronic) from a Government organization under pre-revised pay scales of Rs. 10,000-15,200. Shift Managers (Tech.) should hold a diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering with one year of experience in the relevant field. System Technicians must possess an ITI in Electronics/Computer Networking.
