AIASL Customer Service Executive Recruitment Qualification 2024

The Senior Customer Service Executive position requires a candidate who has successfully completed their graduation under the 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized institution. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in any of the following areas or a combination thereof: fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in, or cargo handling. Proficiency in using a personal computer is a must for this role. Moreover, the candidate should possess a strong command over both spoken and written English, as well as Hindi.

Candidates who have successfully graduated from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern are eligible for this opportunity. Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience in the airline, ground handling agent (GHA), cargo, or airline ticketing sectors. Additionally, candidates with an airline diploma or certification in courses such as the Diploma in IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR, or IATA CARGO will be prioritized. Proficiency in using a personal computer is a must for this position. Moreover, a strong command of both spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, is essential for effective communication in this role.
