HVF Avadi Recruitment Age Limit 2024
The age limit for HVF Avadi Recruitment in 2024 is set at a maximum of 28 years at the time of the application deadline. However, there are relaxations in place for certain categories: OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates have a 3-year age relaxation, while SC/ST candidates benefit from a 5-year relaxation in posts reserved for them. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are granted a significant age relaxation of up to 10 years.
For Ex-Apprentice Trainees, the age bar hindrance can be overcome by relaxing the age limit to match the duration of the training period under the Apprentice Act. Candidates with relevant work experience will receive a proportional relaxation in the upper age limit. Moreover, those with post-qualification experience can have their upper age limit relaxed by up to 7 years based on the number of years of relevant experience exceeding the maximum age limit for the post.
Ex-servicemen have a maximum age limit of 30 years, with an additional 3 years granted after deducting their service period from their current age (5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC candidates). To avail of these age relaxations, candidates must submit the necessary certificates issued by the Competent Authority.
It is important to note that the maximum age limit for any category of candidates should not surpass 55 years.
HVF Avadi Recruitment Salary Structure 2024
In 2024, HVF Avadi Recruitment offers a structured salary for candidates engaged during the tenure period. The remuneration per month for various positions is as follows:
- Junior Manager (Contract) (Tech/NT): Rs.30,000
- Diploma Technician (Contract): Rs.23,000
- Junior Technician (Contract): Rs.21,000
- Assistant (Contract): Rs.23,000
The monthly remuneration consists of:
i) Basic Pay – Minimum of the corresponding Pay Scale or Grade
ii) Dearness Allowance where applicable
iii) Special Allowance equivalent to 5% of the Basic Pay
iv) Annual increment at a rate of 3% on the basic pay throughout the tenure.
Benefits and Perks Offered by HVF Avadi Recruitment 2024
In addition to a monthly allowance of Rs. 3000 to cover various needs such as medical and accident insurance premiums, transportation, and communication facilities, employees will have access to the industrial canteen.
The Provident Fund contributions will be based on the Basic Pay and Dearness Allowance, forming part of the total compensation package. The PF deduction will adhere to the prevailing wage ceiling set by EPFO.
Upon completion of the Fixed Tenure Engagement or in case of early termination after serving for over a year due to reasons not attributed to the employee, a gratuity payment will be granted at the rate of 15 days’ pay for each completed year of service or part thereof exceeding six months. This calculation will be derived from dividing the monthly consolidated pay by 26 to determine the daily wage.
In the unfortunate event of an employee’s death resulting from a work-related accident within the company premises, the family will receive an ex-gratia payment of Rs. 10 lakhs.
Accommodation may be arranged at the respective work units, subject to availability, with payment of the prescribed license fee by AVNL. Exceptions to the license fee requirement may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval from CMD. Housing Rent Allowance (HRA) will not be provided in lieu of company-provided accommodation.
