OFDR DBW Recruitment Salary Structure 2024
The proposed OFDR (Office of the Director of Financial Resources) DBW (Defense Budget Wing) salary structure for the year 2024 indicates a basic pay of Rs. 19,900 in addition to the Dearness Allowance (DA) component. This structured compensation plan aims to ensure competitive remuneration for employees within the defense sector, reflecting current economic conditions and cost-of-living adjustments.
OFDR DBW Educational Qualification 2024
Ex-apprentices of the AOCP trade (NCTVT) from Ordnance Factories and candidates holding the AOCP trade (NCTVT) qualification from Government or Private organizations affiliated with the Government, as well as those with AOCP (NCTVT) certification from a Government ITI, will be eligible for consideration in the OFDR DBW Educational Qualification 2024 program.
Upon selection, individuals with AOCP training not obtained through Ordnance Factories will undergo a mandatory “ONE MONTH” intensive training program conducted in-house by OFDR. This training will cover essential topics such as safe handling of explosives, ammunition, adherence to safety regulations, and best practices. Only upon successful completion of this training will these individuals be deemed ready for specific job assignments within the program.
OFDR DBW Recruitment Age Limit 2024
The age limit for applying to OFDR DBW in 2024 is set between 18 and 35 years as on the last date of receipt of application. However, age relaxation will be provided to certain categories of candidates. For SC/ST applicants, there is a relaxation of 5 years, but only for posts reserved for these categories. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are eligible for a relaxation of 3 years in age, again only for posts specifically reserved for OBC candidates. Ex-servicemen can add the period of their military service to an additional 3 years for age relaxation.
