RRB ALP Recruitment Age Limit 2024
The age criteria for RRB ALP Recruitment in 2024 stipulates that applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old as of July 1, 2024. Certain categories, upon presentation of necessary documentation, are eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit. For SC & ST candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years, while OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates receive a 3-year relaxation. Ex-servicemen with over six months of service post-attestation are granted a 3-year extension for UR & EWS, a 6-year extension for OBC-NCL, and an 8-year extension for SC & ST candidates after deducting their length of service from their age.
Candidates serving Group ‘C’ and former Group ‘D’ Railway Staff with at least 3 years of service, along with Substitutes with a similar tenure in Railways, can avail themselves of an upper age limit of 40 years for UR & EWS, 43 years for OBC (NCL), and 45 years for SC & ST.
